Think of it like an IPL-style league but instead of cricket, the game is DIALOGUE.

A city-wide learning experience where young people work in teams to complete meaningful dialogue challenges, learn facilitation skills, and build stronger communities.

Ready to Join the League !

Everything you need to get started.

1. Build Your Dialogue Squad

  • Build a team of 4 young people 
  • Age Group : 16–30 years of age. 
  • Diverse skills and perspectives make stronger team

2.Choose Your Team Name

  • Give your squad a unique identity. 
  • Your team name represents you throughout the league.

3. Find Your Coach

  • Every team should identify one trusted Coach/mentor.
  • A coach may be Teacher, Parent,NGO worker, Professional, Community elder etc.

4. Select Your Home Ground

  • Every team adopts one community where they will practice dialogue.
  • Examples: Mohalla, Cousin group, School, College, Village, Slum community, Youth club, Workplaces, Library.

5. Make a Fan Club

  • Every team will slowly a small circle of supporters. 
  • Fans cheer, connect people and help the team to compete across the city.
  • This may include: Friends, Parents, Teachers, Local shopkeepers, NGOs, Community leaders, Residents etc.

6. Attend Arena Meets

  • All the team meet in the arena for commonchallenges 2 times in a month.
  • In the Arenas, atleast 1 member should present from each team.
  • Every completed challenge should include evidence such as Photos, Videos, Participant quotes, Reflections.
